Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from P W Grindle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so that we can make it right. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund at our discretion.
